Wella President, Adil Mehboob-Khan, made the announcement shortly before the brands most important international event. Paul Serville, a long-time veteran of the hairdressing and training business, is the new Global Business Ambassador for Wella.
This decisions emphasises just how important it is for every hairdresser to develop his or her artistic and creative talents as well as their managerial skills.
“We want our hairdressing partners,” declared Adil Mehboob-Khan, “to fully develop their business capacities. To this view, Paul will be an incredible source of inspiration and a true ambassador, because he has first-hand knowledge of all the challenges that salon owners must deal with and can share practical and real solutions with them.”
Paul boasts 45 years of experience in the sector as an artist and salon owner, while over more recent years his focus has been on the managerial aspects of this profession. Currently Paul hold 87 hairdressing awards, directs five top salons and an academy and, together with his team, trains professional hairdressers around the world.
As Global Business Ambassador with Wella, Paul will share his experience and approach to salon management with Wella fans and partners around the world, begining with a speech during the Trend Vision Awards on Sunday, November 23rd.
