OYA has announced a couple of new Regional Artistic Managers and Leslie Peterson is just one of the industry extraordiniares to join the OYA family.
Leslie has been in the beauty industry for 30 years in Tampa Bay, Florida, working as a professional hairdresser, freelance artist and artistic educator.
Advanced education has always fueled her craft. She’s had the opportunity to train with companies such as Dior, Redken and Pravana. During her 5 years with Pravana, as a National Artistic Educator, she facilitated hands on workshops and salon education. This included color theory and new color techniques. She also served as model room manager at various national hair shows.
Ralph Waldo Emerson said, “As love of beauty is taste, the creation of beauty is art.” And Leslie is excited sharing her experience and being a part of the OYA family!
