Revlon Professional Style Masters Show 2014 breaks all records!

A spectacular 6th edition of the Revlon Professional Style Masters Show yesterday in Lisbon saw Peruvian stylist Angelita Lizbeth Carrión was crowned Global Winner to the thunderous applause of 3,500 hairdressers from all over the world.

Last night, the Revlon Professional Style Masters Show returned to beat all records with its busiest edition to date, gathering together more than 3,500 professional hairdressers at the MEO Arena in Lisbon, Portugal. The night became magically filled with a concentration of talent and creativity as The Style Master International Contest 2014 reached its climax with the announcement of the grand prize winner was Peruvian Stylist, Angelita Lizbeth Carrión: The Style Master International Global Winner 2014. The award was presented by the Global Director of EsteticaNetwork and jury member, Roberto Pissimiglia.

Other talented star featured were Ziortza Zarauza, winner of the Best Technique Award; the Irish hairdresser Bozena Sarek, who won the Best Creativity Award; and one of the youngest contestants, the Russian professional Elizabetha Fogel, crowned with the Young Talent Award. With more than a thousand collections presented from over 30 countries, the Style Master Competition has become the quintessential international platform to publicize the work of stylists worldwide.

AMERICAN CREW ALL-STAR CHALLENGE 2014

Meanwhile, the leader in the world of men’s grooming, American Crew, also held its All-Star Challenge under the Style Masters Show 2014, presenting the top prize to German barber Jerome Kantner. Jurors were David Raccuglia (founder of American Crew), Craig Hanson (Creative Director of American Crew), Sandra Nygaard (Senior Fashion Editor and Person Care Men’s Health), Sergi Bancells (General Manager of Estetica Magazine for the United States, Spain, and Latin America), and Pedro José Muñoz (World Champion All-Star Challenge 2012-2013).

SHOWS ON-STAGE

The spectacular event was once again emceed by Miquel García, International Artistic Director for Revlon Professional, and also featured the on-stage presentation of the Nutricolor-inspired collection and of the bridal hair styles collection Yes, I Do. Moreover, the ever-popular X-Presion collective presented their fascinating Neon collection for Revlon Professional. Meanwhile, American Crew Creative Director Craig Hanson shined on stage with the launch of the men’s collection entitled The Independent – always signed American Crew.

Style Masters Show 2014 ended with a fantastic party in the MEO Arena sponsored by d:fi, with music by the popular DJ Carlos Jean.
