Keune Evolution 2014 finally came to an end this weekend, but they rocked the event!
Keune Evolution finished yesterday with an intense series of rotation sessions where over 400 professional attendees discovered firsthand the techniques, working methods and philosophy of world acclaimed stylists including George Alderete, Roy Peters, Julie Piantadosi and the eminent Keune Studio Teams from the United States and the Netherlands.
Keune introduced their collection, which we loved; The Soft Touch. The concept behind their collection? Everyone is busy. Lives are fully planned from minute-to-minute, day-after-day. But is that the way we really want to live? Keune invites us to pause with this collection and connect with our softer side! The Soft Touch is Keune’s gentle, friendly, playful response to today’s too fast, multi-tasking, deadline-driven business world.
Keune has captured the feeling of this spring’s trends with The Soft Touch and created three looks with a variety of salon able coloring and cutting techniques.
At Keune’s Hair Fashion Show we were able to see some of the best American hairstylists of the moment + the Keune Dutch Studio Team perform on the Hard Rock Live stage with the special appearance of the mesmerizing Daan Kneepers, Europe’s Next Hair Guru Winner.
Keune also introduced at Evolution a schedule full of creativity and educational expertise including practical workshops like ‘Hands-on Color’, with Keune’s Salon/Academy Color Director George Alderete, ‘Hands-on Design’, with the amazing John Yurkew, the stylist behind the VMAs and the Grammys, ‘Correction Code’ with haircolor guru Dennis Gebhart, who shared a glimpse of the code to help colorists to achieve color success in an action packed 90 minute segment, or ‘Framing Face Shapes’ with acclaimed top educator Roy Peters, just to mention some of the amazing contents offered along the weekend.
