The world’s best hairdressers will compete against each other at the 2014 OMC Hairworld World!
The competition will be held concurrently with Hair and Beauty, the trade fair for the hair-cosmetic industry and hairdressing and beautician trades to take place in Frankfurt from May 3 through May 5. Around 1,000 competitors from 50 countries and 400 international brands and companies from the hairdressing and cosmetic sectors are expected to take part in the international mega event of the year.
International brands will be in attendance, key players like Wella Professionals, L’Oréal Professional Products, Goldwell and Schwarzkopf Professional will be making impressive presentations at Hair and Beauty with their own stage shows, workshops and events. Also taking part with grand brand presentations will be Alcina, Balmain, Hans Conzen, Gieseke Cosmetics, Hair Haus, Jaguar, Paul Mitchell, Olymp, Takara Belmont and Tondeo.
The top stylists who will be making presentations for Paul Mitchell include, for example, Angus Mitchell, the son of the legendary founder of the company, and Stephanie Kocielski, Vice President of Education at John Paul Mitchell Systems. Wella Professionals will also be represented by international stars, such as Brockmann & Knoedler (Germany), Dimitry Vinokurov (Russia), Bundy Bundy (Austria) and the Wella DACH Creative Team (Germany). Michael Polsinelli and Shay Dempsey (USA) will be styling for Sebastian Professional while the Sassoon International Creative Team will appear for Sassoon Professional.
Green Salon is a new special show at Hairworld/ Hair and Beauty, for sustainable hairdressing and cosmetic products that will be held in a strikingly decorated part of Hall 3.0.
