Loaded Lacquer: Fun & Flirty Polishes by Heather Harper

If you’ve been looking for that perfect polish to vamp up your nails – look no further. These polishes are fun, fresh and are blowing up on Instagram!

These unique loaded polishes cater to every style. Heather Harper’s love of nail polishes and designs started over a decade ago, ultimately leading her to where she is now, creator of Loaded Lacquer!

“I played basketball for one of the largest universities in the nation and had little time to pamper myself. Wearing make up was pointless when you are playing basketball 8 hours a day, but nail polish was something I could wear that made me feel a bit more girly in my college days! Through blogs I discovered the world of handmade nail polish and connected with other women who shared the same love for unique nail polishes.”

What fueled Heather’s itch to create her own? Living in Alaska! Her husband was transferred to Alaska – and there was not much for her to do during the long months of rain and snow, giving her plenty of time to day dream about nail polish!

“I researched and tested glitters, pigments, and bases for over 2 years before I decided Loaded Lacquer would to come to life! I knew that my polish creations were unique and I wanted to share them with the world. Creating nail polish is what I am meant to do. It comes so naturally to me and I have the absolute time of my life every step of the way!”, says Heather.

Her first collection released was “The Last Frontier Collection” which was inspired by her life in Alaska! Loaded Lacquer launched on November 15th, 2013 and their most popular polishes to date are: Mintallica, Steampunked, Rubbernecker, Fluffy Macaroons and Moonshine in a Jar.

Heather’s favorite spring trends are bright pops of color. “I wear a lot of neutrals tones, but I love adding a super bright neon watch and bright, glittery nails!”. Her newest collection for Spring is The Hula Girl Collection, which includes 6 beautiful fun shades! There is something for everyone in The Hula Girl Collection from “Tiki Torched” which is a neutral taupe shade with a subtle fiery red shimmer or “Dashboard Dancing”, which is a clear base loaded with holographic magenta, turquoise, aqua and purple glitters!
