Last week Estetica USA had the privilege of going behind the scenes with Paul Mitchell and talking with Angus Mitchell about their shoot for their new collection!
Angus gave us a sneak peek on their inspiration and told us that one of his latest collections ‘Creases & Shadows’ was in a way the prequel to this new collection they are preparing for Fall 2014, influenced by Origami Art and Japanese culture…
We asked Angus what makes his team at Paul Mitchell so successful and creative – and here’s what he said: “One thing that’s unique about us is that we don’t just come together for a shoot… we’re together A LOT! The whole team works together all the time. We have so many conversations about our collections and our ideas. Our team is connected and our job is our passion, we are entirely consumed by it! We’re a relationship company. There’s nobody who’s above another person while our guru will always be Paul Mitchell.”
