Salon Look International 2014 is already prepared for this year’s exciting event, showcasing the most outstanding hair, beauty & integral aesthetics in Spain, which will take place from October 17-19, 2014.
This event will again become the best place in Spain to learn about the latest trends and innovations in the sector of aesthetics, hairdressing, cosmetics, makeup, nails and well-being. One of the novelties is the new location in halls 12, 14 and 14.1. at IFEMA – Feria de Madrid. This will allow the commercial area of the salon and gateways that will host several shows and activities for visitors, a more compact and accessible environment.
In the field of hairdressing, the Hair Look Fashion show, will once again be the center of hairstylists’ attention. It will be held in Hall 14.1 at Feria de Madrid, which twice a year welcomes shows during Fashion Week in Madrid, offering spectacular shows through the various technical proposals on cuts, colors, and finishes of the season.
Among the most important events that will host this gateway will be the 4th annual Show Positivo, Sunday, October 19, a spectacular visual and creative collection will come to life by X-Presion, on the catwalk, along with other renowned stylists.
Also in the context of Salon Look International, the 5th Edition of Figaro Awards of Spanish Creative Hairdressing will be held Monday, October 20. The 2nd Edition of the Salon Look Awards, which recognize the work of professionals and entities in the field of beauty will also be convened.
Last year concluded with a satisfactory trade balance which, in general terms, surpassed the expectations of the participating firms. During the three days of this event, there were a total of 60.252 visitors, 2.4% more than in the 2012 Edition. Of these, nearly a thousand were international buyers.
As exhibitors, visitors to the show also showed their satisfaction, meeting offers, by both the strong program of activities organized within the framework of the fair. The commercial offers brought together 300 companies and more than 1,000 national and international brands.
