Hard geometric lines and feminine softness by Papas and Pace

This highly stylised collection is grounded in Papas and Pace’s passion for art and photography. From these diverse art forms they drew inspiration for ‘The Soloist’, which fluctuates between hard geometric lines balanced with feminine softness.

The collection reflects the eclectic aesthetic that permeates the contemporary visual culture of our time. Most importantly, this aesthetic must be grounded in expertise, precision and ability. The appreciation of cutting expertise is not confined to the trade anymore, with patrons more than aware what constitutes a great haircut.

Precise cutting techniques have been used to create strong lines externally complimented with disconnection and movement internally. Combining these with contrasting multi-layered lengths and different textures to enhance the individual features of each model is integral to ‘The Soloist’ collection. Always abstract and slightly confronting, the looks are modern but grounded in traditional hairstyling techniques.
