Even the busiest of schedules couldn’t stop our celebrities from attending this fabulous Gucci sponsored event: The LACMA (Los Angeles Country Museum of Art) Film Gala.
Actresses, singers, and models mostly opted to wear dresses by Gucci for the event. The event honored the artist David Hockney and the filmmaker Martin Scorsese for his talent and career.
On the red carpet paraded some of the best-known stars on the big screen, such as Kate Hudson and Kate Beckinsale; who was one of the most acclaimed dressed at the event wearing a Gucci crystal-embellished strapless powdery blue mermaid dress. She draped her glossy brunette locks over one shoulder, completing her dazzling look. The loose curls on the red carpet was a favorite among many stars for the evening.
Dakota Johnson, who will play the coveted role of Anastasia Steele in the film adaption of ’50 shades of Grey’, surprised many with her Gucci Fall 2013 black embroidered gown, adorned with feathers and gold and black embellishments. Dakota opted for a softer up-do hairstyle. Her hair was up, braided and in a loose bun.
Each star shined with their own light, model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, wore a multicolored dress with a pronounced neckline and her hair was sleek and down. Actresses Olivia Wilde and Zoe Saldana, all chose to wear their hair in free loose curls. The event was full of glamour and emotion. Actor Leonardo DiCaprio perfectly took on the role of co-host and the musician Sting surprised with a presentation.
