The atmosphere at the 2013 edition of Salon International was electric as visitors flocked from all over the world to London’s ExCel and one of the UK’s biggest trade fair.
Salon International gathered together hundreds of visitors and exhibitors looking for this extraordinary opportunity to network and engage with their peers on the topic they all love: hair. For three days, visitors honed their skills by watching creative shows and attending educational seminars on the exhibition floor and at other venues within the ExCel Complex.
Salon Seminars featured such stars as Mahogany, Philip Kingsley Trichology and Saco, while in the stage of the Salon Live Theatre was abuzz with fascinating shows by class acts like the Sassoon Academy, TONI&GUY, Patrick Cameron and TIGI Inspirational Youth.
Salon owners and managers looking forward to Business Extra were not disappointed by the one-on-one platform to discuss business strategies and evaluate methods to grow their business with the input of some of the UK’s most successful salon owners, including D & J Ambrose, Mark Woolley, Stephen Gresty, Ken Picton and Sally Learmouth.
One innovation this year was Schwarzkopf Professional‘s very own VIP hospitality suite, where UK and International visitors could improve their brand-awareness and meet with their creative ambassadors.
Salon International also offers one more unique attraction – the British Hairdressing Awards Gallery, a sort of premiere where members of the public can see the finalists’ entries for British Hairdresser of the Year, as well as the other regional and specialist categories.
We at Estetica were once again present at Salon International and thoroughly enjoyed seeing all our wonderful business partners, friends and subscribers who dropped in. Here’s hoping that 2014 will be your best year ever and we look forward to seeing you all next year!
