Sexy Hair hires Stephanie Polansky as its new Director of Education and Shows and James Banville as its new Vice President of International Sales.
From here on in, Stephanie Polansky will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Sexy Hair Education Department, including curriculum for its education program, award-winning academy, show activities and 200 plus educators.
Stephanie comes after gaining extensive experience as Head of Global Education Innovation for KMS and the Senior Manager Education Development at Pureology. During her stint as Director of Education for eight Ecotage Day Spa and Salons, she managed more than 230 employees. Also a former hairstylist, Polansky also served as a Platform Artist for Redken and was selected to be a facilitator for the program “Everything’s Included” at the Redken Exchange in New York City, a stepping-stone to her successive position as Manager of Education Development.

Instead, James Banville, with his extensive experience in sales, marketing and performance management, will be responsible for overseeing global distributor development, relationship building and fostering growth for Sexy Hair. Banville’s career as seen him in roles such as Vice President of International Sales for Creative Nail Design (CND), and earlier successful sales and business development experience with Catalina Marketing Corporation, Herbalife, The Clorox Company and Kao Brands. His career history, backed by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and a MBA in International Business, have assisted him in travelling extensively throughout the world and learning two more languages. He has also lived in seven countries.
