Goldwell® Hair Color Experts 2013 Color Zoom Challenge US Semi-Finalists

Thousands of applicants applied to the three Color Zoom Challenge categories – Global Creative Colorist, Global New Talent Colorist, and Global Partnership Colorist

All were to be judged on their skills and creativity in their interpretations of the Color Zoom 2013 Beautify color trends, techniques, and unconventional styles.

The challenge was then the task of sorting through the many entries and help choose the semi-finalists. So Goldwell® Hair Color experts enlisted a prestigious panel including Maggie Mulhern of Modern Salon Magazine, Jackie Summers from Behind The Chair Magazine, Randy Taylor of Hairbrained, and Celebrity Hair Stylist Matthew Holman to lend a hand.

Once more, based on the semi-finalists’ submissions, the judging panel will declare a national winner for each of the three entry categories. These top candidates will be invited to participate at the Color Zoom 2013 international competition, which is set to take place in in Los Angeles between October 5th – October 8th. The Color Zoom competition remains a live and hands-on event, where country finalists from around the world will compete for the grand prize: the title of Global Creative Colorist, Global New Talent Colorist or Global Partner Colorist.
