Robert Passage, Chairman and CEO of Pivot Point International, Inc., announced that Melanie Koroyan-Kopeikin will serve as the new President of the company founded by his father, Leo Passage.
“After a thorough search,” said Passage, “we’ve found someone who will be an incredible asset and a welcomed addition to the global Pivot Point family.”
Melanie Koroyan-Kopeikin set out on her salon industry career with Nexxus and Jheri Redding, establishing distribution in the Central and Southern California markets during the company’s formative years. She also created the infrastructure for all aspects of the new distribution company. Melanie later joined P&G Professional as the Director of Strategic Trade Development and later served as Senior Director of Business Development.
Most recently president of her own consulting firm, Melanie served as acting Vice President of Marketing for KPSS USA (Goldwell and KMS), mentored young executives seeking roles in the professional beauty industry, and led sales, marketing, education and distribution efforts for several prestige brands. Koroyan-Kopeikin has sold her own business in order to join Pivot Point.
