The Awards Ceremony for the North American Hairstyling Awards (NAHA), has always been a highly anticipated event, and this year is no exception.
On Sunday, July 22, 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Mandalay Bay Resort, beauty pros from all corners of the globe will be enjoying cheering and the pomp and circumstance of this coveted NAHA award, but will also be entertained by top stylists in five artistic presentations combining fashion, music, make-up and- of course – spectacular hair.
First of all, Eli Mancha, 2011 NAHA Hairstylist of the Year, will show his artistry in a high-energy presentation entitled Sinners&Saints.Then P&G Salon Professional will show off its young and emerging talent with a show featuring dynamic and amazing creativity, in a true reflection of what NAHA is all about. Cloud Nine Hair USA will also be on board with its creative team to showcase looks from their newest collection and one of their first runway shows in the United States. NAHA audiences can also look forward to past NAHA winners and Aveda Artistic Directors, Janell Geason and Allen Ruiz working in tandem with Ian Michael Black and Richardo Dinis to demonstrate cutting-edge couture, inspiring colleagues to take it one step into the future. And this year, how could NAHA not celebrate the life of the icon who revolutionized the art and profession of hairdressing with a Tribute to Vidal Sassoon.
However, none of this will preclude the presentation of the PBA Beautiful Humanitarian Award to the renowned entertainment journalist and television personality Giuliana Rancic, who will also be the gracious host of the NAHA Awards Ceremony.
