Thought: Ruth was inspired by a beautiful swirly tattoo she saw on a face and wanted to work with photographer, Nico Lliev, to replicate the concept in hair. It was suppose to look painted and wet with an underwater feeling, so they misted a sheet of glass and shot through it to create the effervescence effect.
1. Apply Pureology Root Lift to the base and Pureology Nourishing Nectar to the rest of the hair and blow dry with a round brush. Backcomb directionally over to the side to build up the shape. Spray Pureology Strengthening Control and use a brush to smooth the surface.
2. Pieces: Drench wefts with water and mold on a head form, continuously spraying with Pureology Supreme Control during and after the process for ultimate hold. Dry overnight to solidify, remove with end of tail comb and pin to hair.
