The Battle of the "Blondes": Jared Leto vs Kim Kardashian

Friday, 06 March 2015 18:15

In one corner we have Kim Kardashian who debuted her black to platinum blonde transformation –that was done in one single dye job by celebrity colorist Lorri Goddard!– at the Balmain Fashion Show.

Her inspiration for the transformation she confirms via her Instagram account was thanks to her friend and makeup artist Joyce Bonelli. In the next corner we have Jared Leto who also debuted his new short hair and platinum blonde look –created by celebrity stylist Chase Kusero–  at the same Show!  Coincidence? We say maybe. According to the Huffington Post: “Leto has been gradually transforming himself into The Joker for the upcoming film, “Suicide Squad.”

According to People.com, Kanye West has reportedly asked his wife: “If she would ever go back to blonde.” Congratulations to Kanye as his wish has been granted and we are left stunned with the results of what only a sorcerer could achieved from just one hair appointment. While Jared who has been known for his ombre honey blonde hair doesn’t even look like the same person. What was even more epic at the fashion show was that Jared and Kim K. posed together for a couple of photo opportunities. So who did it better? Kim Kardashian’s brunette to blonde or Jared Leto’s chop it all off platinum look...?
