Estetica’s Inside Look: Miami Fashion Week goes hot!

Yesterday was Day 2 of Miami Fashion Week… and the catwalk at Miami Beach Convention Center was on fire!

The Colombian brand Lola Kids, designed for children ages 4 to 12, kicked off the runway with their fun, vibrant, and unique children’s collection. The collection was all about textural urban designs with modern twists and the hair matched the feel on the catwalk. The models’ hairstyles were whimsical, casual, and very natural looking.

The Jones African American Showcase spiced things up on the catwalk right after. The showcase was presented by celebrity guest and former model, Cynthia Bailey. Cynthia introduced G. Saints Swimwear, Renee Fredrique, The Wilbourn Sisters, and Allusions by A. Lekay. The hairstyles for the Jones African American showcase was full of combinations of braids, updos, and different textures.

Escudo, Ana Maria Guiulfo, and Claudia Bertolero comprised the amazing Peruvian showcase. The catwalks were flooded with beautiful devoted designs and amazing variations of romantic low chignons with few pieces of tousled hair left out in the front.

Brilliant Spanish designer special guest Andrés Sardá finished off the fabulous evening with his sophisticated lingerie line. He has been a pioneer in the utilization of his intimate apparel fabrics and his model’s runway looks were full of kinky curls, low chignons, and combinations of teased hair and updos.

The amazing Spanish team of Cool Producciones took care of all hairstyling and make-up backstage for the shows, with the assistance of Miami’s Symbols Beauty Salon Team.
