Estetica Magazine iPad Edition nabs the I Galleria dell’Innovazione Award

Luca Pissimiglia, Director of Digital of Estetica Network, accepted the  I Galleria dell’Innovazione at Salón Look Internacional 2012 for the Estetica Magazine iPad Edition

On Friday, 28 September, the Salón Look Internacional was the venue for the presentation of the I Galleria dell’Innovazione,  the compeition to promote innovation in the world of beauty and hairdressing, thereby offering increased visibility to important progress being made.
Estetica Magazine iPad Edition  is the first application for iPad developed for a professional magazine: an app that allows viewers not only to  “flip through” the pages of the various editions of Estetica throughout the world, but also to access unique multimedia content like photo galleries, videos, and links to other sites of interest.

This application accents the potential of new technologies and on the leadership of Estetica among the many publications in this sector. This award presented by the Salón Look Internacional is in recognition of Estetica's recent developments and its fascinating multimedia project. The bounds of Estetica go far beyond mere paper and today it has become much more than a magazine.  The Estetica of the XXI century is all-around communications with hairdressing professionals, 24/7:  26 editions in 5 continents, applications for iPhone and iPad, web portals/sites on leading world markets, continuous presence in social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, Google+...), dedicated newsletters sent to thousands of hairdressers worldwide. What more could you want?
