Keune Haircosmetics North America is staffing up!

The Keune Haircosmetics Atlanta office has scored two amazing additions to their staff, Meliha Odzackic and Rachel Litsky, both aimed at the expansion of the brand in North America.

For an entrepreneurial, family-owned and founded company, Keune Haircosmetics has served hair stylists and colorists outside its native roots in the Netherlands. With presence in more than 70 countries for more than 90 years, the company now has new industry mavens to continue providing the finest professional hair color, hair care and styling products in North America.

The idea is that of expansion, and first comes geography. Meliha Odzackic has joined Keune as its newest regional salon specialist and will service the Ontario market and support the sales and education initiatives of Keune’s newest distributor, Modern Beauty Supplies. “With a passion for education, I knew immediately that educating salon owners and stylists about the hottest new products and most important new technical and business techniques was my calling,” says Odzackic.

Step two in expanding happens virtually and through promotion. Rachel Litsky has joined Keune as the company’s first promotions manager. In this new position for Keune, she will manage three primary promotional areas of marketing, including Keune’s bi-monthly promotions, the new Keune Loyalty Program and Keune’s Accrual Fund, working with the sales management team on local market promotions.

We purposely recruited an experienced marketing professional from outside the industry in order to apply methods of marketing that would be innovative for our industry with our goal being to bring our brand to the forefront with our distributors and salons,” says Andrew Biazis, chief operating officer in the company.

Keune’s business continues to grow more than 25% per year. They now have fresh new talent to propel the need talented professionals on the Keune team to support and continue the ambitious mission of doubling the size of the company by 2017.
