Discover the New Keune Loyalty Club: Building an Emotional Connection

Program gives member salons and independent stylists the opportunity to experience both domestic and international educational trainings, and helps build their businesses through sales, education and marketing tools.

The new Keune Loyalty Club, designed to benefit both salons and independent stylists, is an upgrade on the current Keune “Point Program” and is free to join. A salon’s annual purchasing volume determines its reward level.

Independent stylists can also participate and earn rewards. They also can combine purchases with other independent stylists who work at the same address for rewards.

The Keune Loyalty Club is based on a strong understanding of our best customers’ values and their sense of worth,” explains Andrew Biazis, chief operating officer. “Every company can offer special promotional pricing and deals, but businesses that can provide value to their partners or customers in ways other than dollars and cents have an opportunity to build a sustained emotional connection. The new Keune Loyalty Club does just that with its main focus on offering the opportunity for salons and stylists to earn domestic and international destination education. These venues provide a unique and stimulating training experience where the ‘Art of Hair Design’—Keune’s tagline—really comes to life and is realized for long-term benefits by our members.”

Salons can achieve the highest levels of the program by showing their loyalty with purchases across the eight product categories that compose the Keune product portfolio:

  1. ● Tinta Color
  2. ● Semi Color
    ● So Pure Color
  3. ● Keune Lighteners 
    ● Forming – Texturizers/Smoothing
  4. ● Design retail and back bar    
    ● Care Line retail and back bar
  5. ● So Pure Natural Balance retail and back bar

With the new Keune Loyalty Club, the company’s most loyal customers can potentially earn:

  1. – Keune Brand Merchandising Kits to build awareness and sales in their salons.
  2. – Product previews before new Keune retail items are launched in North America.
  3. – Updated Keune color swatch charts on an annual basis.
  4. – International or domestic Keune Academy Program trips for two salon members.
  5. – Special pricing on North American Keune Academy tickets for the salon’s team on an unlimited basis.
  6. – A salon’s personal Business Builder Fund, which is based on percentage of purchases.
  7. – Website access for members to view their Keune Loyalty Club benefits status in real time.

Salons that are active members of the current Keune Point Program will be enrolled automatically at the appropriate level in the new program. Salons’ local Keune distributor salon consultants will contact them to confirm their enrollment and answer questions about the new program.

Salons will be able to redeem the points they have already earned under the redemption terms of the existing Keune Point Program through June 30, 2015. Any points that remain unused after that date will expire.
