Blonde Expert & BLONDME Ambassador Kim Vo to star in Schwarzkopf Professional’s Essential Looks Show in London

or the first time ever, this season’s Schwarzkopf Professional European Essential Looks show will take place in London: where the craft of hairdressing meets the culture of fashion.

Adding to the prestigious event, it has been announced that Beverly Hills-based artist Kim Vo will be representing the craft of American blonding in the UK stage!

The Grade II-listed Troxy Theatre will be the venue for the Schwarzkopf Professional European Essential Looks show on May 14th, showcasing the powers of the recently-relaunched BLONDME and Osis+ Session Label range.

Taking on the challenge of inspiring a global audience is a stellar mix of hairdressing talent who will showcase their interpretations of the season’s key looks, colours and finishes in one eclectic show:

Kim Vo, USA
Blonde expert and BLONDME ambassador, Kim Vo, is colourist to the Hollywood elite and has been dubbed the ‘best blonder in the business’ by Vogue. The colour pioneer will be sharing his expert insight on how to go from dark to blonde, flawlessly for the ultimate blonde showcase.

Tyler Johnston and Lesley Jennison, UK
Schwarzkopf Professional’s ambassadors both come with a wealth of experience in session and celebrity styling. They’ll be presenting their takes on the 2017 Essential Looks trends, designed to bridge the gap between the runway and the high street and inspire hairdressers and salon clients. This season’s collection, Modern Ikon, features three looks: Opulent, inspired by the allure of the 50s French Riviera, showcases sultry glamour and pure sophistication; Beat Icon celebrates the icons of the 60s-beat generation with an urban update; Colorama combines the attitude of punk with Tokyo-inspired neon vibes for a futuristic feel.

Hooker and Young, UK
British hairdressing’s best-loved duo have been nominated for British Hairdresser of the Year on numerous occasions, as well as owning a group of high-end salons in the North East. They’ll be presenting a new take on BLONDME looks, bringing their signature style of beautiful, wearable hair to the stage.

Bundy Bundy, Austria
Viennese hairdressing legends Bundy Bundy have been leaders in their field for more than 100 years. The family-run business is renowned for its dynamic creative vision and boundary-pushing aesthetic, which they’ll bring to life as they present inspiring new ways with blondes.

X-Presion, Spain
Madrid-based studio, X-Presion, are acclaimed for their visionary colouring techniques, which make headlines across the globe. They’ll be sharing the most cutting-edge takes on colour, using bonding technology to push boundaries with no damage.
