The Fall 2017 CosmoProf License to Create Scholarship is accepting applications through October 30, 2017. Four $5,000 scholarships will be awarded to cosmetology students who are less than halfway through their program.

The Leo Passage Scholarship is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be a part of something big and have your voice heard in the industry. The scholarship is for licensed barbers and cosmetologists in the U.S. with 1-5 years’ work experience.
