CC’s First Mondays: Focusing on Salon Success

Wednesday, 17 March 2021 16:38

Cosmetologists Chicago organizes one-hour-long seminars on the first Monday of every month, during which brilliant industry leaders convey not only inspiration, but solid advice free of charge for members!

Cosmetologists Chicago continues in its commitment to fostering the professionalism and success of salon professionals with its upcoming presentation by Master Educator Geno Stampora on how “To Achieve Beauty Success”.

In a world where all professions seem to be immersed in social media and digital communications, it is no longer sufficient for a salon professional to be a technically top notch cutter, colorist, stylist, MUA, or nail artist. They must also be able to engage both existing and potential clientele through winning communications and convincing consultations, touting his or her own accomplishments, skills, and even aspirations.

This is why Geno will be on hand to help boost individual self-confidence in pitching sales and interacting with guests, all why focusing on words and phrases that are capable of increasing overall value. These skills are fundamental to building and keeping a loyal clientele, enabling the salon professional to grow his or her own business both inside and out.

Over the years, Geno Stampora has earned his renown not only as a hairdresser, but also as a business guru and is one of the mere 24 individuals recognized by the NAHA Hall of Leaders. Today he is known for empowering salon professionals with his years of insight and experience, sharing the time-tested strategies he has elaborated during his own career.

But the best part about CC’s First Mondays series is that the digital education sessions are free of charge to members! Once registered, it’s then easy to track new classes and enrollment! Even the non-member fee is more than affordable.

During these difficult times, it is more important than ever to rely on education to improve not only skills, but also business acumen, with a view to gaining and maintaining a competitive edge through greater customer satisfaction and fidelity.
