Wednesday, 06 March 2013 09:17

FHI Heat is the perfect styling tool for getting pretty loose waves for any event.

When Kaley Cuoco rocked the red carpet in a pastel pink Christian Siriano frock and Giuseppe Zanotti shoes, ready to tackle the task of hosting the 2013 People's Choice Awards, the “Big Bang Theory” actress had soft golden waves in her hair to complete this sophisticated look.
Now FHI Heat gives you the run down on how to get that same look using their Runway IQ Heat Roller Styler.

  • Step One

    Start with a volumizing blowout

  • Step Two

Using Runway IQ Session Styling Rapid Hair System set rollers horizontally around the hairline using a center profile parting.

  • Step Three

Set back sections with rollers starting at crown using a brick lay pattern until you reach occipital bone.

  • Step Four

Create diagonal crisscross sections with rollers. This will create a sweeping movement effect of the waves created with the rollers. Let rollers set for 15-20 minutes. Remove rollers to reveal beautiful romantic waves.

  • Step Five

Lightly backcomb the crown. Sweep hair off face leaving a few pieces around the hairline. Using the backcomb as base pin the sections from the front at the base of the crown. Smooth out the top section maintaining the fullness. Once bob pins are secure spray with Runway IQ Session Styling Dry Spray to finish and lock in style.
