Eco-Inspired Interior Design by Ena Salon

Located near Holborn in the heart of London's Midtown, Ena is a stylish and sustainable hair salon which has added a new touch of luxe to its stylish interior that spans four beautifully finished floors.

The eco-friendly salon now boasts a beautiful interior that has remained sympathetic to the heritage of the building. All the salon’s furniture is sourced from second hand shops, vintage fairs, or reclaimed. The reception desk was originally an apple press and reclaimed scaffolding boards are used as shelves, while all the seats, desks and display areas are bespoke pieces made from reclaimed furniture, which was sourced in Normandy. All the chairs were reclaimed from markets across the UK and have hand-cast aluminium handles with hand-stitched leather, while cutting tables are formed from iron panels, which have been oxidised and burnished to create an ornate texture.

Co-director Pedro Inchenko commented: “We have recently upgraded our salon interior to keep it up to date. To add a point of difference to our décor we commissioned an artist to create a wallpaper design for the ceiling in the backwash area, so when clients are getting their hair washed they can look up and see something that will be visually simulating.”

Ena is a stylish, sustainable, independent hairdressing salon established in October 2008 by Pedro Inchenko and Johnny Othona. The London-based salon is dedicated to client care and pushing the creative boundaries and the duo have worked tirelessly since the brand’s inception to create a salon that fuses exemplary technical skill while offering premium care for its clients’ hair. The brand works in collaboration with, and is the flagship salon for, its preferred product partner Davines and the team regularly works on shows in conjunction with the brand.
