This collection was inspired by boys who have left their country roots in search of the bright lights of the city. It was all about teaming classic cuts and sharp tailoring with edgy models and undone styling.
This fascinating collection symbolizes individuality and being able to stand out from the crowd by incorporating a variety of textures and shapes. Gianluca Caruso wanted to create something quirky, yet beautiful, taking inspiration from anti-gravity shapes and editorial looks.
Finold's inspiration came from fashion sketchers he found on Instagram, such as @samualharrisonart. "I wanted to combine bright colors and bright lighting taking reference from Japanese Manga Anime. With this collection I wanted to make avant-garde hair beautiful to look at while keeping it feminine,” says Sylvestre Finold, 2018 Avant Garde Hairdresser of the Year.
