This year, the Artistic Team of Rizos travels to the 18th century, creating hair inspired by a woman who was an emblematic figure in French history and who refused to live by the rules imposed by her age.

Words that are trapped inside a mysteriously beautiful porcelain doll. She doesn’t speak, but the hair speaks volumes. A modern day Marie Antoinette designed by textures, shapes, structures and colors. Damien Carney’s new collection has us wondering what else is lurking in the shadows...

Léonard Autié, the famous hairdresser of Queen Marie Antoinette, was the first great famous hairdresser of modern history.

Starting with this piece, we are introducing a Sunday series of the most unusual finds from the history of our profession. These pieces we will be sharing are from the most important museum of our profession, the Museum of History of Hairdressing of Raffel Pages.
