The Underground District Collection by Indie Hair

Indie Hair presents their latest collection, The Underground District. This collection is all about merging alternative with mainstream!

When bold colors and wearable cuts are combined with playful grunge, these looks take on a slightly different angle all together. From a textured red head and copper to a less is more approach – every individual owns their style!

  • HEIDI‘s look was achieved by using Scruples’ Blazing Highlights toner infused gel color system (Pale Vanilla Blonde 8G + 12V.) The first dimension color used was Scruples’ Urban Shock Color Craze Green and the second dimension color was Urban Shock Color Craze Yellow. Indie Hair products used for her effortless look: #ComeClean dry-shampoo, #MixItSoft polish and #SuperFirm Hair Spray.

KEVIN‘s vibrant orange curls came to life by using Scruples’ True Integrity Opalescent Creme Color Level 7 Ash 7A as the base color. Two dimension colors were used, the first, Scruples’ Power Blonde Lightening Powder and Scruples’ Urban Shock Color Craze Orange was used after. Indie Hair products used for this funky curl look: #DirtyFinish Spray Glue and #WreckIt Putty Clay.

SAVANA‘s fire red hair started off with two base colors, the first Scruples’ True Integrity Opalescent Creme Color Level 6 Radiant Red 6RR, and second, Scruples’ True Integrity Opalescent Creme Color Level 6 Radiant Red 6RR with red and yellow intensifier (mid-shaft to ends.) The toner used was Scruples’ Urban Shock Color Craze Orange + Yellow. Scruples’ Power Blonde Lightening Powder was used to create dimension. Indie Hair products used to achieve this edgy, messy look: #MixItStrong gel, #Round2 powder and #SuperFirm hair spray.

TOM‘s grunge alternative look started with a base color of Scruples’ High Definition Custom Mixing Gel Color System (Level 2 Cool 1 1/2oz 4BV+ 1/2oz 1BB.) Scruples’ Power Blonde Lightening Powder was used to give dimension. Two different toner’s were used for Tom’s edgy look: Scruples’ Urban Shock Color Craze Pastel Purple and Scruples’ Urban Shock Color Craze Pastel Blue. Indie Hair products used to achieve his alternative look: #MixItSoft polish and #MixItStrong gel.
