Crystalscope by Jesus Oliver

Wednesday, 15 May 2019 20:30

The secret of crystal reflections is hidden in their geometric perfection; the rays of light reverberate on the jagged walls generating diffuse flashes that enchant. When the crystals are different, the symmetry of the lights and their beauty multiply.

It is what happens in the kaleidoscope, guardian of a fantastic world of geometries and colors that since childhood we desire to spy, and shape. It is our hands that, rotating it, give shape to unexpected and amazing graphic textures, where diamonds, triangles and color fluctuations intertwine harmoniously. Not by chance the term kaleidoscope derives from the Greek καλειδοσκοπεω, "to see beautiful".

This collection is born from here, created to offer every woman chromatic reflections constructed with geometric accuracy, from the harmonious and surprising finishing effects, which are revealed, as in a kaleidoscope, with every movement and hair deviation. Crystalscope is born from the light of crystals, inspired by the their intensity and delicacy, to make us relive the beauty of a kaleidoscope of colors.

A series of cuts that cannot be built in the traditional way. They are first deconstructed, then reconstructed, to give a very ‘millenium’ effect remixed by new ways of preparing the texture and reversing the deconstructed-built order rather than constructed-deconstructed.
