Parallel Accents by Charlie Miller

Saturday, 13 May 2017 14:56

'Parallel Accents' is the outstanding new hairstyling collection created by Charlie Miller Artistic Team members Tammy Neillings & Natalie Cole, where contrasting shades, light effects and brilliant hair design play a major role.

TAMMY NEILLINGS: "Inspired by light hitting a dark surface forming contrasting colors I created a shine line effect using soft purple within the curved fringe. Stretching the tone of color through the sides, bleeding into the ends and the dark base of the hair, reveals dark contrasts with light accents."

NATALIE COLE: "My inspiration was to evolve a popular pastel theme with rhubarb tones and highlight the dynamics of my commercial cut with additional colour. Through an injection of violet I accentuated the shape and created depth revealing light contrasts with dark accents."
