Tribal Vibes by Neil Barton

Inspired by the Lumbee people descend from a coalition of Carolina Indian tribes, creating movement and color to correspond with tribal leaders. With the contrast of sharp and soft Neil Barton wanted to create the importance of tribal leadership identities through cutting and coloring techniques.
