Estetica Master Parade: 20 Memorable Looks by Sassoon's Mark Hayes – A Retrospective

Tuesday, 01 November 2016 09:58

The International Creative Director of Sassoon, Mark Hayes, has distinguished his career with creativity, inspiration, and countless awards.  Hairdressing, according to Mark Hayes, is a constant discovery!

Twice winner of the British Fellowship Hairdresser of the Year and countless nominations for the title of Creative Head Most Wanted Hair Icon and British Hairdresser of the Year. Mark Hayes is one of the leading hairdressing talents of our time, a spokesperson of a legacy that can be traced back to Vidal Sasson and the Brit hairdressing tradition.

It is therefore not surprising that his personal style is profoundly linked to his love of geometry, discipline, clean lines, and shapes. He is particularly fond of short cuts with a graphic mood, and so brings his style also to mid and long lengths by inserting fundamental details that make them original, whether it is a bluntly cut fringe or an unexpected colour.

Bobs precise to the micron, unusually cut fringes, and messy strands are among the elements that, when put combined, created the austere yet outstanding coiffure signed by Mark Hayes.
