A Disembodied Journey by Julie Mustoffa

Friday, 22 January 2016 12:43

From right here in the USA comes a collection that promises to catch your eye – and keep it there. Julie Mustoffa of The Parlour (in Denver, CO) brings us 3 B’s in relation to changing up a hairstyle: Big, Bold, and Body – the final B emphasized by the antithetical nature of these “disembodied” images.

The key to these styles is to keep them soft and touchable. The hair commands attention in each photograph, and therefore the three-B approach will work well for any client looking to change up their style in a major way. As they say: go big, or go home.

Julie Mustoffa is an internationally renowned hairstylist known for her trendsetting vision and extraordinary skill. A veteran in the salon industry, Mustoffa has been a working hairdresser since 1982 as well as platform artist for numerous companies beginning in 1986. Co-owner of The Parlour salon in Denver, Colorado, she believes in continual education and has played an integral role in developing several educational programs for not only The Parlour, but for Brocato, MOP, and abba.
